Select Your Role

Choose whether you are an Athlete, Coach, or Parent. Each role gets a version of the assessment built specifically for how you operate.

Athletes answer first — coaches and parents link in using the Athlete Code.

Enter Your Info & Get Your Athlete Code

Fill in your name, email, phone, sport, and competition level. After submitting you'll receive a unique 6-character Athlete Code. Save it — you'll share it with your coach and parent.

Your phone number is important — it's how we send you your results.

Who Takes What

Athlete

Takes all 15 questions. Gets a unique Athlete Code. Their results drive everything.

Coach

Enters the Athlete Code. Answers coach-specific questions about communication style. Gets linked to the athlete's report.

Parent

Enters the Athlete Code. Gets a personalized Parent Communication Guide once the coach releases the report.

Common Questions

Q: What website should I use?

A: Always use athletegrowthacademy.com — this is the only official AGA platform. It will direct you to the app automatically.

Q: I didn't get a confirmation email — what do I do?

A: Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, re-take the assessment using your same Athlete Code.

Q: My coach or parent can't find the code.

A: Share your 6-character Athlete Code with them directly. They enter it on the first screen when they select Coach or Parent.

Q: Can I retake the assessment?

A: Yes. Contact your coach and they can reset your profile. Your new responses will replace the old ones.

Q: When will I get my results?

A: Your coach reviews results within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a text message and email with your report link.
